घडियाल

घडियाल के जबडे बहुत ही लंबे और पतले होते हैं। इनकी अधिकतम लंबाई २१ फिट तक होती हैं। नर घडियाल के थूथन पे एक बडासा उभार होता है की जीस वजह से उसका नाम घडियाल रखा है। गंगा, यमुना और ब्रम्हपुत्रा इन नदीयों में ये अक्सर पायें जाते हैं।

Gharial

Its snout is extremely long and narrow. They grow up to 21 feet in length. It derives its name from the characteristic swelling on the tip of the male's snout which resembles a ghara (earthen pot). They are found in the waters of Ganga, Yamuna and Bramhaputra.
