दबोईया

इस सॉंप की लंबाई ३ से ५ फिट (१ से १.५ मी) तक होती है। इसका सिर चपटा तथा त्रिकोणी होता हैं। चुहे और छोटे स्तनधारी जीव इसका प्रमुख भोजन हैं। यह सॉप काश्मीर छोडकर भारत में हर जगह पाया जाता हैं। इनका अधिवासखेतों से लेकरदिमक के टिलों तक होता है।

Russell's Viper

These snakes grow up to 3 to 5 feet (1 to 1.5 meter) in length. The head is flattened and has a distinct triangular shape. They mostly feed on rats and other small mammals. They are found trough out India except Kashmir. Their habitat is mostly farm lands and grass lands.
